Import duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility, based on your country’s regulations. We declare orders accurately as required, but cannot pre-pay or estimate these fees.

All items are carefully packed. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Unused, undamaged items can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of delivery (custom/personalized items excluded). The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Our silver pieces are hypoallergenic sterling silver or silver-plated. Wood and jade are natural materials with no harmful coatings. If you have known allergies, please check the material details before ordering.

Most hairpins are 15-18cm long, suitable for medium to long hair. Shorter styles (12cm) work for short hair or half-up styles. Custom lengths are available on request.

Our jade and freshwater pearls are natural, so minor variations in color, texture, and size are normal characteristics of natural materials, not defects.
